Exchange Policy
You can exchange any item within 15 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Simply contact our customer service, and we’ll assist you with your exchange.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you can do so within 15 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags intact. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as socks and innerwear are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
